Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 7, 2023, Mark Adams, Chief Operating Officer of Adaptive Biotechnologies Corporation (the “Company”), was informed that his service is being terminated by May 2023. Julie Rubinstein, the Company’s current President, will absorb the duties of the Chief Operating Officer.
